Can I subscribe to multiple domains? ▾

Yes. Each domain subscription is independent. Subscribe to Legal and Political to get discounted rates on both. Each domain's discount applies to its own scanners.

Do I still need a scanner balance? ▾

Yes. The monthly subscription unlocks discounted token rates. Scans are billed from your balance at the reduced rate. Think of it as a membership that gives you wholesale pricing.

Do volume deposit discounts stack with pro discounts? ▾

Your scan rate is determined by whichever discount is greater -- your deposit tier or your pro domain discount. They don't multiply, but if your pro discount is 50% and your deposit tier is 20%, you get the 50% rate.

Can I use scanners outside my subscribed domain? ▾

Yes. You can use any scanner at any time. Your pro discount only applies to scanners within your subscribed domain. Scanners outside your domain are billed at your standard deposit tier rate.

Can I cancel my subscription? ▾

Yes. Cancel anytime from your Pro Dashboard. Your scanner balance remains and never expires -- you just lose the discounted rate for that domain.
