ThatScanner is a sister product of ShipItClean.com, which uses the same Atlas engine to scan massive codebases for security vulnerabilities. The exact same deterministic retrieval technology that traces exploit chains across thousands of source files is what powers every document scanner here. Unlike ChatGPT and other tools that use probabilistic RAG, Atlas traces exact references. A provision on page 30 and a contradicting clause on page 1,200 are linked by their actual section numbers, not by embedding similarity. Zero missed cross-references, regardless of document length. And your documents are processed locally -- never sent to OpenAI, Google, or any third party.

AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude have a hard limit on how much text they can look at in one shot -- think of it like a reading window. Even the most expensive plans max out at roughly 150-200 pages of text in that window. A congressional bill, insurance policy, or regulatory filing can be 500 to 2,000+ pages. The AI literally cannot see the whole document at once. It will either refuse, silently cut off your document partway through, or hallucinate an analysis based on whatever fragment it did see.

Even when a document does fit, those tools have no way to cross-reference between sections. If Section 4(a) on page 12 quietly overrides a protection in Section 9(c) on page 87, ChatGPT will not catch it. It reads text like a conversation, not like a legal document.

ThatScanner solves both problems. Atlas converts your document into LoreTokens -- a proprietary semantic compression format -- then chunks, indexes, and deterministically traces every connection across the entire thing, whether it's 3 pages or 3 million. Nothing is skipped, nothing is summarized away, and every finding cites the exact section and page number. The underlying retrieval engine, indexing architecture, and compression layer are proprietary technology that cannot be replicated by reading our documentation or pasting our explanations into another AI.
